我司會(huì)根據(jù)貴司通知的提貨時(shí)間和地點(diǎn),迅速準(zhǔn)備運(yùn)力,1小時(shí)內(nèi)到達(dá)貴司倉(cāng)庫(kù),辦理提貨手續(xù)。
在不影響貴司要求的派送時(shí)間的前提下,如果我司不能按照貴司通知的提貨時(shí)間和提貨地點(diǎn)按時(shí)按地辦理提貨,我司應(yīng)提前向貴司通報(bào)實(shí)際情況并可申請(qǐng)延遲提貨。
提貨服務(wù)

我司在提貨時(shí)遵守貴司公司的管理規(guī)定。先與貴司庫(kù)房人員聯(lián)系后再按照指引進(jìn)入工廠庫(kù)房提貨。在收到貴司托運(yùn)的貨物后,應(yīng)在清點(diǎn)貨物時(shí)核對(duì)托運(yùn)單與貨物外箱上標(biāo)簽中的規(guī)格型號(hào)、數(shù)量等信息是否相符。如果二者相符,則我司在托運(yùn)單上簽字;如果二者不相符,則我司會(huì)立即通知貴司。
我司提貨司機(jī)在提貨完畢后會(huì)與貴司業(yè)務(wù)責(zé)任人聯(lián)系是否有任何單據(jù)需要交接,并且在得到貴司業(yè)務(wù)責(zé)任人同意后離開(kāi)貴司公司。
嚴(yán)格按照上述要求在貴司公司內(nèi)提貨,聽(tīng)從貴司內(nèi)、外保安人員及庫(kù)房發(fā)貨人員的安排。
